AQV–WISER Quantum AI Program

The AQV–WISER program is the first large-scale quantum algorithms initiative delivered by Qubitech under the Amaravati Quantum Valley. Built as a three-stage funnel, it is designed to identify, nurture, and accelerate quantum talent at scale — from broad-access foundations to an elite, research-oriented summer school.

Qubitech has established India's first integrated Quantum Reference Facility — a working environment for live hardware demonstrations, characterization, and practical learning. Every Qubitech program is anchored in real hardware exposure, not just theory.

Our Roadmap

A Scalable Quantum Learning Pipeline

Our programs are structured as a progressive pipeline — from short exposure workshops for newcomers, through deeper technical training, to advanced research-grade specialization. Each tier builds on the last and connects directly to live quantum infrastructure.

  1. Tier 1

    Pre-Foundational Exposure

    Short-format workshops that introduce learners and educators to quantum technologies through guided facility tours, live demonstrations, and conceptual primers. Designed for participants with no prior background — a gateway into the broader pipeline.

  2. Tier 2

    Foundational Training

    Structured introductions to quantum computing, hardware, algorithms, communications, and cryptography. Blended online and on-site learning with assessments, mini-projects, and a first hands-on hardware session.

  3. Tier 3

    Intermediate Practitioner Training

    Hybrid programs combining substantial in-person hardware practice with deeper coursework. Participants work directly with cryogenic and control infrastructure and complete applied projects.

  4. Tier 4

    Advanced & Research-Grade Specialization

    Immersive, long-form programs for researchers and senior practitioners. End-to-end hardware operation, capstone projects, and research output — building leaders who can teach, mentor, and innovate.

How we scale, in three phases

Phase 1

Foundation

Launch core workshops, establish the curriculum, and build the first cohorts around the Quantum Reference Facility.

Expand to regional learning hubs, deepen specialization tracks, and activate a train-the-trainer network to multiply reach.

Establish a self-sustaining network of centres, research outputs, and a steady pipeline of quantum-skilled graduates into industry.
